Prior to forming Reardon Anderson, LLC, Erik was a partner in a regional law firm dedicated to representing clients in contested civil matters. Erik’s practice has included representing clients in complex matters involving contract disputes, construction accidents, professional malpractice, environmental claims, and insurance coverage.
Additionally, Erik has represented the interests of large and small businesses, trucking companies, property owners, and insurance companies. He also represents clients facing employment or labor disputes involving matters such as wrongful discharge and wage issues. Erik has tried a number of cases before various Courts in New Jersey and has argued before the Appellate Division. He has been recognized by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney.
Prior to practicing law, Erik worked in the United States House of Representatives and interned in the White House. Erik received his JD from Rutgers University School of Law – Newark. Additionally, he received his Master's Degree in Environmental Law, cum laude, from Vermont Law School. Prior to attending law and graduate school, Erik graduated from The Catholic University of America with a B.A. in politics and an Honors Degree in Environmental Studies.
Erik is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey, State of Florida, District of Columbia, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the Federal District Court of New Jersey, the Federal District Court of Florida – Southern District and the Federal District Court of Florida – Northern District. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Monmouth County Bar Association, New Jersey Defense Association, DRI and Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS).
